Speridian Technologies, a US-based leading IT Firm, is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer for our Multinational client in Lahore.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Location: Lahore-Sundar Estate
Job Type: Onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Managing two sites and remote users.
- Diagnosing software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or remotely.
- Offering solutions that meet client needs.
- Supervising IT/Supply chain Projects on site.
- Network Projects execution and implementation coordination.
- VOIP Client configuration and troubleshooting.
- Coordinating with IT Team and Vendors.
- Understanding of Tape library, backup operations, and more.
