Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to all employees within the organization.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth running of the IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling user inquiries, resolving technical problems, and documenting all support activities.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
