Job Description
Aptech, a leading IT and technology educational institute, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as managing the installation of IT equipment. You will also assist with the rollout of new applications, maintain IT inventory, and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Shift Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience: At least 1 year in IT support (Required)
