Job Description
Creative Networks is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our technical team. This position is an excellent fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a foundational understanding of IT systems and a strong eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Help set up and configure IT equipment.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets and support tickets.
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex issues.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
