Job Description
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Description:
- Solving technical product deployment and implementation issues while communicating directly with customers
- Ensuring prompt responses and excellent communication to keep customers happy
- Assisting software testing and product teams
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the product suite
- Educating customers on product functions and features
- Escalating bugs and issues to higher-tier teams
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of Networking, OS, Databases, HTML, and Cloud/Web Applications
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting internet/LAN/WAN and system installations
- Proficiency in network and system diagram design tools
- Knowledge of System & Network Administration in complex IT environments
Preferred Skills:
- Project management
- Data analysis

- Git pipelining
Qualification: BS/BSc or above in Computer Science
