Job Description
- Responsible for troubleshooting Local Area Network Issues in different divisions of Controlling Offices.
- Diagnosing software/hardware problems and providing remedial action for various devices.
- Configuring Email Accounts in coordination with the Office Automation Department.
- Technical vetting of PCs, laptops, scanners, biometric devices, and printers.
- Monitoring & Management of WIFI System in controlling offices.
- IP telephony installation and support in offices.
- Ensure work is in line with IT Security Policy.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, LAN/WAN, VPN, Windows, Linux, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
Qualification:
Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
