Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs60,00 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to manage IT operations and provide technical support to our employees and clients. Candidates should have expertise in server management, Active Directory, networking, dialer support, PFSense firewall, and hardware/software configurations. Strong English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities include managing servers, dialer and firewall support, network security, and providing Level 1 technical support.
Preferred qualifications: certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or Linux, and experience with international clients.
