Job Description
We’re looking for an IT Support Officer at Domino’s Pizza. If you’re eager to learn and ready to make an impact, this is your opportunity to grow.
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Availability: Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening, Night) & 24/7 readiness
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science from an accredited institute.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Provide hands-on support for IT systems and devices.
Required Competencies & Skills:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting.
