Job Description

The IT Support Specialist role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s computer systems and networks. They will work closely with the IT team to provide technical support to employees, ensuring that all technology-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving hardware and software problems for both desktops and laptops.
  • Installing and configuring computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Setting up user accounts and managing network access.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and upgrade of the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Providing first-line support for email, internet, and network connectivity issues.
  • Responding to user inquiries and providing accurate and timely solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Prior experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
