Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide prompt technical assistance to users and ensure efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, peripheral, and application problems.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor network performance and maintain accurate system documentation.
