Job Description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team at dinCloud Pakistan. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to internal employees, both remotely and onsite. You will troubleshoot various IT issues while maintaining superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support through phone or email
- Resolve escalated issues from tier 1 support
- Manage Active Directory and maintain employee devices
- Provide virus protection and remediation solutions
- Document processes and update outdated procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 3-5 years of support engineering experience
- Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills
- Microsoft InTune experience
