Job Description
Position: IT Support (L2 and L3)
Job Location: Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Job Type: On-site, This is not a Remote position – please do not apply if you cannot travel here.

What you will do:
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Oversee endpoint management, ensuring security and addressing client issues.
- Implement robust security measures using 365 security.
- Facilitate seamless integration of third-party apps.
- Provide advanced support for Windows and Mac, troubleshoot networking issues, and communicate solutions clearly to clients for prompt resolution.
- Help solve IT problems quickly with creative solutions.
- Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and industry best practices.
- Create and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in IT, Computer Sciences or Relevant Fields.
- Proven experience as an L2/L3 support.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
