Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Server Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain corporate server infrastructure.
- Network Monitoring: Ensure high availability.
- Network Administration: Maintain computer networks and related environments.
- User Support: Troubleshoot user-reported problems.
- Database Management: Perform maintenance and monitoring.
- Backup Procedures: Develop and monitor server backup procedures.
- Desktop Support: Assist in supporting desktop environments.
- Additional Duties: Perform assigned tasks.
- SOC II Audit Assistance: Assist with SOC II Audit.
- Employee Onboarding: Set up new employees with laptop buildouts.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of relational databases, TCP/IP networking, Windows Servers, and more.
- Experience with server security measures and automation.
- Lifecycle and Asset Management, SAN storage, and virtual server technology.
Availability:
- Provide evening and weekend support as necessary.
Good to have:
- Server/Network Security, Office 365, and Atlassian tools knowledge.
