Job Description
Please Note: This is an on-site job position. This is a Medium level position not a Senior Position.
At WADIC, we’re looking for a recruiter with experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, tenacious, and eager to stay updated on technological advancements. This role offers a chance for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates for senior-level IT roles
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct pre-screening calls and analyze applicants’ abilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2 years of IT recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques
Timing: Night Shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
