Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and configuring computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT systems, such as updates and backups
- Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience or coursework in IT or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Will assist in performing passive work-related tasks under the guidance of a senior technician.
Additional tasks include:
- Equipment setup
- Cable laying
- Camera cleaning and adjustment
- IT room maintenance
- Tagging, harnessing, access control door installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
