Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of surveillance cameras to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Manage and maintain Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), including configuration, software updates, and surveillance system monitoring.
- Handle technical maintenance of printers, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, calibrating, and replacing printer components as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and keep detailed records of IT assets to ensure accurate asset records.
- Perform regular inspections of the facility’s premises to identify maintenance or safety issues.
- Handle miscellaneous IT tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including switches, routers, and cables, to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage I/O ports and connectivity to various devices and systems.
