This full-time on-site role involves troubleshooting and providing technical support for IT systems at Kohistan Builders & Developers. Responsibilities also include customer service and IT training for employees.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- IT experience
- Installation of IP cameras
- Metric / DAE diploma (preferable)
- 2-4 years of experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to provide IT training
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of software and hardware
- IT certifications are a plus
- Construction industry experience is beneficial
