Role Description: Full-time on-site role for an IT / VOIP and AWS Cloud Engineer. Responsible for network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Located in Lahore District.
Qualifications:
- Experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- Implement and maintain security measures for VOIP and AWS environments
- Monitor VOIP and cloud infrastructure performance
- Knowledge of IT systems and network security protocols
- Strong customer service skills, ability to analyze and resolve technical problems
- Experience with VOIP systems and AWS Cloud technologies is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT and network administration
