Job Description
Responsibilities
- Utilize your decent knowledge of Java, Java EE, and associated technologies to develop and maintain reliable web applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Perform comprehensive testing of programs, find and fix bugs and performance problems, and guarantee the security and dependability of the program.
- Work well with others in the team, such as front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders, to make sure that front-end and back-end components integrate seamlessly.
- Maintain system and software documentation and ensure it is always useful and up to date.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum.
- Maintain an active awareness of trends and best practices in relevant technologies and development methodologies.
- Be able to scope changes and generate requirements prior to coding.
- Enjoy Problem Solving – Especially when it comes to assisting our support team with queries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Competent in Java, Java EE (Java 17) gained from commercial working environments.
- Strong experience with RESTful API and Spring boot framework.
- Experience with database system such as MS SQL.
- Familiar with Angular 8 or over.
- Strong team player – self-motivated with a can-do attitude who wants to continually improve his/her technical skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a technical software development environment.
