Job Description
Job Summary:
Jira admin role entails configuring, maintaining, and administering Atlassian products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Configuration and admin of Atlassian products
- Manage add-ons, improve procedural efficiencies
- Dev, test, deploy integrations, conduct training
- Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence
Requirements:
- Strong JQL knowledge, communication skills
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in code development, system integration
- ITSM processes knowledge, Jira ACP-100 certification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in software engineering
- 3+ years’ experience administrating Atlassian products
