Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning MAAQ Services as the ideal solution provider.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to showcase MAAQ Services’ capabilities and offerings to potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals, addressing the unique requirements and challenges of each client, with a focus on value-driven solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with MAAQ Services’ business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with the company’s overall objectives and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the IT services industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of website and mobile app development, as well as IT consultancy services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
