Job Description
We at Al Sharqi Pak (Shark Innovation Labs) are looking for a Jr. Freight Officer who will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all booking activities comply with industry standards, legal guidelines, and company protocols. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, coordinating with shipping lines, managing documentation, and more. The position is based in Karachi Office.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with customers and shipping lines
- Follow up on daily documents
- Manage import and export shipments
- Book shipments
- Prepare and check documentation
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 1 year of freight and shipping industry experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good at email drafting
