Job Description
Anekor Pakistan is seeking a talented and motivated female Jr. HR Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.
- Assist with daily operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00 per month
