Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Jr HR Operations Executive to join our team in Lahore. Responsibilities include HR management, operations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and general HR support, such as day-to-day administration, onboarding, documentation management, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR management, operations, and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Office hours are from 1 pm to 10 pm
- Fresh graduates to 6 months of experience
