Job Description:
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
• Guide the team on self-organization in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Communicate project expectations clearly with team members.
• Assist in creating test plans and testing efforts.
• Assign tasks to teams and assist with schedule management.
• Ensure client’s needs are met and monitor project progress.
• Work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
Requirements and Skills:
• 6 months of experience as a project coordinator in IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Slack, and Asana.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Location:
Gulberg II, Lahore.
