Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Manager with a specialization in Digital Services/Sales (Upsell). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving upselling initiatives, meeting and exceeding targeted revenue goals ranging from $3k to $5k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Present and promote additional digital services and design solutions to clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocations.
- Act as a bridge between client requirements and the capabilities of our design team.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital services, with a track record of successfully achieving upselling targets.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with design processes and creative solutions.
