Job Description
Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join us remotely, supporting AP, AR, financial reporting, and ledger maintenance. Requires 3 years of experience and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AP and AR processes
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or similar certification
- Experience in remote teams
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems
