Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounts receivable, documenting bills, and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming debt validity, and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records using accounting software
- Calculating payroll taxes
- Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate financial records
- Maintaining accurate financial records, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
- Assisting in preparing financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Entering financial data accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in accounting software and knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
