Job Description
Overview
Ibex is hiring a Junior Accounting Analyst to provide support in daily reporting, accounting, monthly reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant in a small team (US time) and must be detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Timing: US time (onsite)
Position Duties
- Portfolio level daily reporting and updating trackers
- Monitoring financial metrics and minimizing risks
- Initiating wire requests and bank reconciliations
- Preparing general ledger entries and workpapers
- Analyzing variances and preparing reporting decks
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial accounting/analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Financial services experience a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
