Job Description
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare and process journal entries for various accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and other general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform basic account analysis and research as needed.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
