Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in DHA Phase 2 Islamabad for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting senior architects in designing and reviewing plans, making site visits, and communicating with clients and contractors. The Junior Architect will work in a collaborative and dynamic team to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or any equivalent program
- Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work
- Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software and drafting is a must
