Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at Techpak Engineering & Architects in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi. The Junior Architect will work on various projects, including design, construction, and building renovation. They will be responsible for assisting with the project’s oversight, ensuring that it meets all requirements and specifications, including budget and timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly creative with an eye for detail
- Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other architectural software tools
- Knowledge about local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in producing high-quality architectural designs, drawings, and presentations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
