Job Description

We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and motivated B2B Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and establish rapport
- Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities
- Understand clients’ needs and present appropriate product or service offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B telesales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
