Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales funnels and driving growth. Your primary responsibilities will include using various client outreach methods such as email marketing, LinkedIn, business directories, and freelancing websites like Upwork, as well as identifying opportunities for remote jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Utilize client outreach methods, including email marketing, LinkedIn, business directories, and freelancing websites to generate leads and prospects.
- Lead Generation: Meet and exceed established monthly metrics for lead generation, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients.
- Services Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our company and its services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Inbound Leads: Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing the right information at the right time to interested prospects.
- Market Analysis: Identify market needs and collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute email outreach campaigns.
- Customer Interaction: Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers and provide innovative solutions to customers.
- Market Research: Research lists of high-potential prospects to develop effective market strategies.
- Skills and Collaboration: Collaborate with a results-focused team to achieve collective goals and deliverables, demonstrating excellent counseling skills and a passion for guiding people in skills-based learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
