Responsibilities:
- Ensure cold storage equipment maintenance
- Regular audit/review of systems
- Root Cause Analysis of Cold Chain Disruption
- Refrigerated Trucks Quality Controls
- Business Waste avoidance due to temperature shocks
- Infrastructure development and care of concessionaires
- Develop and innovate selling solutions as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to write and maintain Cold-Chain SOPs
- Effective analytical and project management skills
Education: BBA/MBA/B.TECH/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-3 Years relevant experience
