Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Creative to join our multi-disciplinary team at Iris. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to the Creative Lead, working closely on the creative execution of ongoing projects. Ideal for individuals with a strong eye for design and a passion for the creative process.
In this role you will be:
- Managing creative process elements to assist the broader team.
- Developing mock-ups, presentations, and artwork.
- Contributing to creative direction through research and insights.
- Collaborating with various agency teams to support initiatives.
- Identifying ways to enhance efficiency and deliver superior results consistently.
To succeed, you will need:
- A deeply creative mindset and digital design understanding.
- Skills in design, presentation development, and generative AI.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Midjourney.
- The ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
