Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is looking to hire a Junior Data Analyst. Interested candidates will be responsible for:
Duties:
- Enhancing the process by providing valuable insights that allow companies to address customer concerns promptly and efficiently
- Monitoring the Lead generation process through online portals
- Identifying Recurring Problems
- Implementing predictive analysis
- Improving auditing quality
- Pulling data from separate platforms and organizing on Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounts or finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel Spreadsheet skills
- Ability to communicate with the Customer Service department on audits made
- Prior experience with Auditing
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (evening/night shift – Work from office)
