Job Description
As a Junior Officer – Data Entry for our retail warehouse dealing with both food and non-food items, as well as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry related to stock transfer orders, inventory management, and reporting. This position requires proficiency in software applications such as SAP S4 HANA and Microsoft Excel, along with a keen understanding of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enter and update inventory data in SAP S4 HANA and Microsoft Excel.
- Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Check and verify stock dispatches and receiving for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team for seamless data flow.
- Assist in maintaining and updating product information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in data entry, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent product knowledge in retail and FMCG.
- Proficient in SAP S4 HANA and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Location: Islamabad, specifically Kahuta Road.
