Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Junior HR Generalist at Techsol IT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
- Support employee relations and assist in organizing activities
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience (generalist preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time, In-house
