Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi for a Junior HR Officer. The Junior HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee engagement, and other day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in an HR-related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Open-to-work candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
- Must have Ms. Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
