Job Description
Winklin is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Officer (Male) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions including recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and assisting with various HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
We are looking for male candidates with 0 to 1 year of HR experience, holding at least an Intermediate or Undergraduate qualification. Availability for the night shift is essential.
