Job Description
Winklin is excited to announce an opening for a Junior HR Officer to join our dedicated team in North Nazimabad, Block-N. This is a night shift position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Keep detailed records for new hires and departing employees.
- Oversee attendance management.
- Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Undergraduate.
- Must be available for the night shift.
