Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Consultant. The Junior HR Consultant will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role will involve day-to-day tasks related to HR administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles
- Experience in HR management, including employee relations and HR policies
- Understanding of labor and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
