Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Answers FAQs from applicants and employees about policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
Ensures HR file integrity and confidentiality, conducts audits.
Provides clerical support, assists with payroll, and liaises with benefits providers.
Conducts new hire orientation and assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn payroll and HRIS software.
Education and Experience:
Minimum graduation degree in related field, 2 years’ experience preferred.
