We are seeking a skilled IT and Networking Specialist to support our call center operations. The ideal candidate will manage LAN/WAN, VoIP systems, and provide technical support while ensuring system reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Configure and maintain telephony systems.
- Administer backups and disaster recovery.
