Position Title: Junior L1 IT Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Junior L1 IT Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This entry-level position is designed to offer hands-on experience in troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist users with login problems, password resets, and access issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or appropriate IT teams.
- Install and maintain software.
- Support hardware upgrades and replacements under guidance.
- Participate in routine maintenance tasks on IT equipment.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Eagerness to learn and expand technical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
