Job Description

Looking for a Junior IT specialist for immediate hire to join our team.

Roles and Requirements:

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
Assist with systems upgrades and migrations.
Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Provide technical support in-person and remotely.
Document and track support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with IT team to improve support processes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies.
Ensure compliance with IT policies.

Experience required: 6 months-1 year.

Working Hours: 5:00pm-2:00am

Location: SMCHS, Shahrefaisal
