Job Description
Looking for a Junior IT specialist for immediate hire to join our team.
Roles and Requirements:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist with systems upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
- Provide technical support in-person and remotely.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team to improve support processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies.
Experience required: 6 months-1 year.
Working Hours: 5:00pm-2:00am
Location: SMCHS, Shahrefaisal
