Job Description
Title: Junior Manager HR
Location: Karachi
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s in HRM or a related field
Experience: 0 – 2 years in Core HR
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Flexible and able to join immediately
- Basic understanding of employment regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR operations, including employee records management and HR documentation
- Support talent acquisition processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Contribute to employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Support performance appraisal and management processes
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee queries and provide support as needed
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and policies
