Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals courteously
- Communicating with emergency services when necessary
- Updating patient information in electronic system
- Maintaining patient call register
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all hospital matters
- Assisting patients referred to other hospitals
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Receiving and forwarding external calls
