Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Aleem IHRSOLS, a key player in the retail/FMCG sector, for the role of Junior Officer Warehouse Operations at our Kahuta Road facility in Islamabad. This position is instrumental in overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations for various product categories.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Category Management: Supervise operations for food, groceries, electronics, and more.
- Inventory Control: Ensure efficient product handling and distribution.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with teams for timely deliveries and optimal inventory levels.
- SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP for streamlined processes and accurate inventory management.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce warehouse policies for efficiency and compliance.
- Vendor Relations: Develop strong relationships with suppliers for seamless collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in FMCG warehouse operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP, organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Excel in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
